Assemble flat-pack bar + seal gaps around garage door Looking for a handyman to complete two jobs: 1. Assemble a flat-pack bar We have a new flat-pack bar that needs to be fully assembled. All parts and fittings should be included. 2. Seal gaps around garage door There are noticeable gaps around the sides/top of the garage door frame that I'd like sealed to help reduce drafts, dust, insects and heat getting through. I've attached photos showing the gaps. I also already have some garage-door/weather sealing material, but I'm happy for you to advise if a different type of seal, insulation or filler would work better. The finished job needs to be neat and must not interfere with the garage door opening or closing. Ideally looking for someone with the necessary tools who can complete both jobs in the same visit. Old metal tilt door is rusted in bottom corner and needs some metal fabrication to fix over the base of the door. The door handle mechanism that uses wires to open the latches is also broken and new wires need to be put in.

Installed a new garage/gate motor, but it appears the installation was not completed properly and the system is not operating correctly. We will need someone with experience with cutting and fitting doors, all doors will need to be slightly cut down to size, hinges installed, door handles installed and obviously door fully installed, Front Door, Garage Door Laundry Door. We have already purchased Doors and Handles, we were unsure about what Hinges so we’re hoping to be advised or for them to be supplied. We don’t need someone to paint. Hoping to be done Saturday 28th. Also looking for advice on what we can possibly replace or sliding garage Door with. All current Doors and purchased Doors are in photos.
