Looking for an experienced, insured garage door technician to repair a double sectional garage door that is currently stuck and misaligned. The Situation: •Snapped Cable: The left-hand side lifting cable has snapped and is hanging loose. •Jammed / Misaligned: After pulling the manual release cord to move the door, the door wedged sideways. Rollers on the left side are misaligned/popped in the track, and the door is completely stuck. •Torsion Spring: Torsion spring setup is above the door; needs professional inspection and re-tensioning/balancing (if required) once cables are replaced. •Access / Working Space: Important: There are two cars parked inside the garage directly behind the door with tight clearance. Care and proper protective measures are required while working around the vehicles. Scope of Work: 1. Safely secure, level, and unjam the sectional door. 2. Supply and install a new pair of heavy-duty lift cables (if required, replacing both left and right sides to ensure balanced tension). 3. Re-seat and align rollers within the tracks. 4. Inspect, balance, and properly wind/tension the torsion spring system. 5. Re-engage the automatic opener and test both manual and motorized operation.
