Hi there, One of the torsion springs on my double garage door has broken, and I would like to have both springs replaced at the same time. Also, the door is scraping against the side roller bar during operation, causing a loud scratching noise that needs adjustment. Door not closing at times. The door rolls halfway through and rolls back to open position. It happens with remote and with wall switch.

My garage door suddenly wouldn't open yesterday. I checked it myself. When I press the button, the garage door's pull rod moves slightly, attempting to pull the door, but it seems unable to move it, then it stops again after 1-2 seconds. I restarted the power supply, but it still doesn't work. The house is about 10 years old. Payment will only be made on the condition that the repair is fully completed and the issue is completely resolved.
