The move is a short distance, but there are stairs involved at the pickup and the furniture needs to be moved into the appropriate rooms at the new house. Items to move Upstairs at pickup: Fridge Dining table BBQ Couch King-size bed And mattress Tallboy Downstairs at pickup: Washing machine Dryer Desk Couch Double bed 2 × tallboys At the new house – Patterson Lakes The kitchen and laundry are downstairs, so the fridge, washing machine and dryer will need to be taken downstairs and positioned in their appropriate places. The remaining furniture can be placed in the appropriate downstairs living/dining areas.
