I have a 1993 ford capri fitted with an aftermarket I spy security system. The car turns over but does not start so I am unsure if the issue is with the security system or if it is a bad fuel pump(I have a replacement one) it was starting fine one day then not the next. I am looking at getting someone out to look and quote on the job.

I recently had a pile of water come out from underneath my car the other night and having a look. It looks like it can be the water pump when I move the area. The water pump pulley is very loose so you can actually wiggle it and that's why I'm thinking it is the water pump so I need someone to be able to come to my place and repair it as it not drivable. And I think part of the water pump replacement the timing belt can be done at the same time because it's all in the same area and that's the suggestions that I've been told. The car is a 2011 Ford Territory 2.7L V6 diesel

Ford Ranger 2.2L Diesel – Engine Surging (Diagnosis Required) Looking for an experienced diesel mechanic or auto electrician to diagnose and fix a persistent engine surging / hesitation issue on my Ford Ranger 2.2L diesel. This is not a basic fault and not a parts-swapping job. All common mechanical causes have already been replaced or ruled out, including: • In-tank fuel filter & pickup • Air in fuel (clear hose test) • Injector leak-back • SCV & HP fuel pump • EGR valve • Turbo inlet hose Vehicle still surges with unstable MAF readings. Likely causes now point to ECU adaptation, sensor signal integrity, wiring/ground issues, or ECU control logic. I’m looking for someone confident with live data, wiring diagrams, electrical testing, and proper fault diagnosis. Payment will be made only once the issue is correctly diagnosed and fixed. Happy to pay a fair rate for a proper solution. This job suits an experienced tech, not guesswork or trial-and-error.
