Details We’re getting married at Provenance Winery in Geelong on Friday 6 March 2026 and are looking for an experienced wedding or event florist to manage florals end-to-end — from consultation through to delivery, setup, and pack-down. The overall look is elegant but unfussy — think structure and scale, not tight or clashing posies. The venue’s architecture (bluestone, timber, and barrel hall grandeur) does most of the talking, so florals should feel organic, sculptural, and light, enhancing rather than overpowering the space. What’s needed: Design consultation: chat through cost-effective, seasonal options that fit the brief. Bridal bouquet: whites and greens with touches of burgundy; loose and natural, no ribbons or fussy details. Ceremony (Grand Hall): one statement arch or feature framed with branches or foliage (dogwood, olive, layered greenery). Should feel airy and dramatic but not over-styled. Reception (Barrel Hall): 6–8 table arrangements (mixed heights in glass vases) or 2 larger urn-style pieces for visual impact. Must complement the barrels and architecture — no rustic bunches. Logistics: full delivery, installation, and pack-down (timing to be confirmed with the venue). Style & palette: whites, greens, subtle burgundy accents, and layered foliage. Signature elements include dogwood, olive, vines, and textured greenery. Avoid overly curated, “country cute,” or crowded looks — we want something striking yet organic, with breathing room and flow. We require a florist( perhaps x2) to create bouquets from floral arrangements at an event. You will need to use the flowers from table decorations and some other floral arrangements. There are not masses of flowers but the job would probably take around an hour to 90mins to complete. All wrapping materials including paper and ribbons for the bouquets will be supplied.
