Find a professional event photographer in Collingwood VIC

I am hosting a life and confidence coaching event for approx. 12 women in a high-tea salon venue. I am looking for a photographer/videographer to take some photos at beginning/end and sporadicly throughout. I need some photos to share on social media afterwards and to use in applying for future speaking assignments. A group photo at the end would be wonderful as well. I do not need detailed coverage of the entire event and am conscious this is a small group in an intimate cafe setting so I do not want a photographer invading personal space. Therefore the photographer will be invited to participate and get free entry to my ticketed event, plus will be provided with free luxurious high-tea and drinks so their presence feels more natural (like you are a friend of mine there to join the event and just capturing some moments thorughout). I'm running an event in Collingwood Yards across two spaces within the same building. The exact timing of the day will be 9.50 - 4.20ish. For the morning, we'll only use one space (from 10-1pm), then we'll have a 30 min break for lunch, and the second three hours, we will have a panel running and also a workshop down the hall - it should be pretty easy to split your time between the panel and the workshop for those three hours. I'm looking for someone who has photography experience to capture the day. The output will be great event images (I say this because I had a photographer one time who sent me pretty much black and green imagery which was odd!). We don't expect heavy editing of the images but we want to be able to use these to showcase the day moving forward. Happy to answer questions! Examples from our last event included

The Richmond Central Amateur Football Club requires 1 x event photographer to shoot our Annual Winter Ball, this Saturday night at Craft & Co (390 Smith Street, Collingwood).
