Key Requirements & Responsibilities: • Provide 3 to 4 hours of coverage during the event. • Play high-energy, family-friendly background and warm-up music before, during, and after the race. • Provide clear audio support for race announcements, countdowns, and award presentations. Any announcements using mic will be done by us. • Coordinate timing with the event organizers on the day. Equipment Needed (DJ to Provide): • Full outdoor PA sound system (speakers capable of clear outdoor stadium/field coverage; wireless/battery-powered or equipped with necessary outdoor power leads). • At least 1–2 reliable wireless handheld microphones for MC/announcements. • Mixing desk / DJ controller and all necessary stands, cables, and weather-cover setup.
