End of lease clean for a 3 bedroom/1 bathroom, no carpets just wood and tile. Garage, garden shed and outdoor patios to be cleaned as well, garage is quite large can fit 2 cars with extra space in the back. Will include a detailed list I received from the real-estate but there are some things on there that don't apply to my house (ie. Spa, dishwasher, and carpets). Thanks in advance!

The carpet have been cleaned. New floor layed so not much required. Stove has been cleaned but not do properly. Oven is okay racks need cleaned. I am sure job will be completed within two hours. Happy for you to come and do inspection. I am at the property Thursday morning or Saturday.

Need assistance with cleaning a property after previous resident has vacated: surfaces, floors (mix of tiles and laminate), walls, cobwebs and dust, windows, misc. fittings and fixtures. i.e. dusting , vacuuming, mopping and wiping. It's a "whatever you can get done within the agreed time and budget" job. House is two storey, 4x1 (plus a sunroom out back if you have time).
