I'm building a small studio and need 12 wooden stumps installed. This includes drilling holes and positioning the stumps. Job details: I will hire an auger to make drilling holes easy. I've attached an image of the location and placement of stumps. Please quote only for labour, I'll provide all the materials (stumps, concrete, string line, laser level etc).

We would need to remove both taps from the sink, and replace it with an electric mixer tap (that needs to be connected only to cold water).

I run father and son weekend retreats. I would like a stand with different types of taps on it built so dads can help their sons learn how to replace washers.

We have multiple trees and plants on the property we need removed. Some have significant roots in place. We are looking for either removal or stumping

Floor tiles have cracked as floor is not level and most likely the stumps under the entrance floor have shifted.

We have about 3.5m3 of topsoil we need moved up to the back of our yard. We're almost finished doing it ourselves but have run out of time). We have a mini loader ('Kanga Kid') and 2 conveyor belts (hired). Basically, our yard is sloped and the top soil is at the front of the house. So, one person drives the mini loader to pick up the dirt and tip it onto the conveyor belt, it then falls onto the second conveyor belt and dirt falls into a wheelbarrow on the top level of the yard and that second person tips the dirt in piles where needed (would also be good to have it raked out but if there isn't enough time that's fine). See pics for how it's been working. We're about halfway done at the top level now so it should only take a couple of hours - max 3 hours. The conveyor belts were temporarily moved so they will need to be moved back so people will need to be able to lift 45kg each (the heaviest one is 90kg). Only thing you need to bring is your own gloves for pulling the dirt forward when it falls in the wheelbarrow) and to be able to operate a mini loader with relative ease. Not a hard of overly onerous job. Would prefer two people who are able to come to our place first thing tomorrow to get it finished in the morning but its a very late notice task so early afternoon is fine too. It's a straight forward and not too onerous task, but short notice and would like it done quickly so we're willing to pay $80/hr per person including fees. Priority is for people who can arrive here in the morning.

Task Description: I have a loose step paver that needs fixing. It just needs to be cleaned and glued down with liquid nails and made level with the other pavers. If there are any gaps, you can fill them with sand. The location is Charterisville Ave, Conder.

My grandparents shower in the bathroom has been leaking for a while. We want to change with the new shower and new taps as well, so it's more elderly friendly. The old tap handles are pretty hard to turn for my grandparents. We bought the new shower and taps already, just need somone that could help to install it properly for them. Cheers

I bought a precut wooden step kit from Bunnings to replace 2 rotting steps off a deck. I have removed the rotting steps and was going to install the steps myself but ive realised its more difficult than i thought. I need someone to install the steps using the kit.
