Looking for someone handy to build a large wooden “Guess Who” style game for our wedding in Oct. Similar to the attached photos — a timber frame grid holding rows of photo frames (A4 or A3), each with a flip-down or hinged cover so guests can lift to reveal the photo underneath. Needs 12–16 frame slots. Must haves: * Sturdy enough for outdoors / windy venue * Photos need to be easily swappable/removable (we’ll supply printed photos of the wedding party) * Simple hinge or flip mechanism per frame,l * Portable enough to move between ceremony/reception areas * Natural timber finish preferred (happy to discuss size/finish) Payment: Materials cost covered on top of the task price — please include a materials estimate separately in your offer, along with labour cost and rough build time. Need a plumber to repair two 3-piece bathroom basin taps. I have two bathroom sinks with similar 3-piece tap sets (cross handles), both have water leaks but from different locations. Tap Set 1: • Water is leaking from underneath the tap handle (around the valve stem/ceramic cartridge area). • It appears the ceramic cartridge O-ring or valve seal has failed, allowing water to come up around the handle and then run down into the vanity cabinet. Tap Set 2: • Water is leaking from where the tap body passes through the basin. • It appears the rubber sealing gasket/O-ring between the tap body and the basin has deteriorated or is no longer sealing properly, allowing water to leak into the cabinet below. • The other basin also has a slight leak from this same tap-to-basin seal. The flexible braided hoses have already been replaced and the hose connections have been checked, so they do not appear to be the source of the leak. I’m looking for someone to: • Inspect both tap sets. • Replace the ceramic cartridge/O-rings if required. • Replace the tap-to-basin rubber seals/gaskets if required. • Please quote for labour, and let me know if parts are included or charged separately. Pair of KEF LSX Wireless speakers that keep faulting. Google suggests it’s a common issue with blown capacitors. Would be keen for someone with speaker/HiFi repair experience that could take a look.

Fix up jobs for house sale. Eg: 1. Fix rollers on single door 2. Plaster crack in kitchen celing and paint 3. Touch up paint on coner of door 4. Fix front door lock

The alloys need a touch up and some grinding. There a few stone chips and tow bar or golf ball strike to the front bumper, plus under scrape on one side. Open to suggestions too it’s a 10c ding and not on a sensor then rear it’s just a touch up on the bumper. I’ve seen a remote guy do my neighbours on site but I can drop her in. I’m also in Dee Why, Middle Harbour & Bondi often.

Use masking tape to protect tiles/fence/glass. Apply x2 coats of decking oil ( already on site ) to steps and deck.

Plumber has fitted attachments to wall for water for washing machine. Covered by plugs. No taps attached. I have bought taps at Bunnings. We need water turned off (unsure where this is) and taps attached to wall fittings and washing machine plugged in. In an apartment, we’ve just moved in. Need it done before 3.30pm today

Plumber to connect flexible hoses to iso valves from tap and connect waste pipe. Carpenter will install vanity and basin. Needs to be licensed and insured

We have had new taps installed in the shower & since then, the shower head keeps dripping (lots) unless we turn the taps really, really tightly.
