I have purchased 8 flood stop isolation valves to replace right old mini cistern taps. I was originally planning to install them myself but I'm short on time lately so I'm considering outsourcing the work. Taps are situated in pairs underneath 4 sinks, kitchen, laundry, and two bathrooms. Kitchen and bathroom access isn't too bad, laundry is a bit tight tight though.

My taps once I turn them on, will slowly drop for ages before coming on fully. I think there's an air lock. Need someone to come and fix it. I have a kitchen sink, a bath tub and shower taps all with same issue.

The red tv light is flashing which shows the tv is off. It takes 5-10 presses of the on button and turns on after 10 mins. I want to fix the tv so it turns on in one click. The tv is working but takes long time to turn on. The red light goes blue (meaning tv is turn on) but then again goes back to red or turns off.
