I have a few paintings jobs to do around the house. I need this done next Wednesday (15th). 1 is is my son's bedroom that has has a number of holes fixed on the wall. The wall still needs to be sanded down but I will have this done and I've attached a photo. Size of bedroom is 3050mm x 2570m approx.(not celling just walls). Also, I need a number of holes that have been patched in the house ( x 5) painted over and I've attached some pictures of these. And need 2 x spots of the ceiling painted over in the lounge area a spot on the ceiling in the ensuite bathroom. There my be more to touch up here and there when you do the job above so I am happy to pay cash on the day depending on what you see.

We have carpet on the upstairs, but it sounds squeaky and we would like to get rid of the sound.

We have two external taps. One recycled water, one normal. Currently we have irrigation timers installed on each, but this makes it difficult to use a hose. We want to replace the current taps with dual outlet taps that allow us to connect the irrigation timer to one, and the hose to the other. We need the taps replaced, and the timers reinstalled so that there are no leaks, etc. The timers are the Orbit B-Hyve 4 outlet timers.
