I’m looking for an experienced handyman or painter to complete a few cosmetic repairs in a rental property in Brisbane. Scope of works: 1. Air conditioner wall repair Repair and paint the wall area around the split-system air conditioner where an old mounting plate/bracket has been removed. - Fill screw holes. - Sand and blend repairs. - Colour-match and paint so the area is as unobtrusive as possible. 2. Cabinet/fridge cavity tidy-up Tidy and finish an exposed opening/void above the fridge beside the overhead cabinet (currently has visible timber framing). - Looking for a neat, finished appearance (open to suggestions on best solution – panel, infill board, trim, etc.). - Finish to match existing cabinetry/wall as closely as practical. 3. Cabinet handle touch-ups - Repair/fill visible damage and marks around several cabinet handle fixing points. - Touch up paint/finish where required. Requirements: - Supply all tools and materials. - Experience with patching, painting and basic cabinet/joinery work preferred. - Looking for a neat, professional finish suitable for a rental property. Main bathroom towel rack has come off the wall annd needs to be put back on and 2 corners have chipped - small sized chips, and need to be repaired

Need skirting attached through lounge/dining/hallway etc. Skirting has been cut (mitred) and painted however will need some adjustments (trimming.) Will need filling of gaps etc and someone that is well experienced in this. If you can’t caulk or fill gaps professionally please don’t respond. Basically, end result, we want it to look flush with wall and floor and tidy…. No mess or clean up for me to complete. Walls have just been painted and new tiles laid. remove old brick steps and replace with new bricks. will require a concrete slab as old steps sitting on ground. number of bricks required is 125. total area of concrete slab is 1200 x 700 100. old bricks will need to be taken away
