Decommission one set of taps at the washing machine on first floor to make room for vanity installation. Install hot and cold tap in garage for Washing machine. Boiler, Mixing valve and waste pipe existing at the back wall directly behind where the new taps will be installed internally.

Remove existing old and loose slate tiles and relay new non slip tiles and grout. Will need tiling experience and tools to cut tiles etc. These steps lead to a beach so they don't need perfection but a safe and properly done finish. Suit retired tiler maybe?

Plumber needed to change bathroom taps to property owner supplied quarter turn taps. Two shower taps sets (shower heads do not need changing), two sets of vanity sink taps and spout and one set of bath taps and spout.

We have some paint touch ups needed around the house. The odd one will need a little gap filler and sand whilst most are just paint touch ups. We also need a couple of bits done around AC vents when they sweated during the summer. We’ve marked most if not all the spots with tape We have the paint already

Cut down the 7 over grown lilly pilly type trees in our back retaining wall. Remove the trees from the property. Cut the stumps as low as possible and poison them .

Need to move some washing machine taps in laundry further down wall so I can put a bench in and my washer under bench. Need to change taps to under bench top As currently high on wall. I can install the flick mixer to save costs. But need the components put in so I can install that to it. I have a new sink and new bench and will cut bench in order to accomodate new sink.
