We will need you to remove the old ones. Must be a licensed plumber and able to provide proof of licence if requested. Please bring your own tools and ensure a professional finish.

We are looking for a reliable and skilled handyman to assist with a few small installation jobs around the house. We need someone to prep and paint small touch ups around the interior and exterior of our house. One item is the prep and painting of new PVC conduit for our air conditioning (in pic). Small plastering and sanding required. Paint provided.

Plumber needed to change bathroom taps to property owner supplied quarter turn taps. Two shower taps sets (shower heads do not need changing), two sets of vanity sink taps and spout and one set of bath taps and spout.

We have some paint touch ups needed around the house. The odd one will need a little gap filler and sand whilst most are just paint touch ups. We also need a couple of bits done around AC vents when they sweated during the summer. We’ve marked most if not all the spots with tape We have the paint already

We are having new bench tops installed on Thursday for 3 bathrooms, laundry, bar area and small desk. We need the existing wooden bench tops removed however the cupboards underneath need to stay intact.

Cut down the 7 over grown lilly pilly type trees in our back retaining wall. Remove the trees from the property. Cut the stumps as low as possible and poison them .

We have approximately 10 small to mid sized stumps from an old hedge to be removed with an excavator. Expect 2-3 hrs. Good access. Front yard 3 metres from street.

We need a plasterer to - fill 4 x old electrical power point gaps - replaster 13 small screw holes from shelves. These have previously been filled, however aren’t completely flush - Due date: Flexible

Ice had been building up on the cooling plate. Then it stopped and power to house tripped off. Any attempt to plug in Fridge results in RCCB tripping. - Due date: Flexible

Need to move some washing machine taps in laundry further down wall so I can put a bench in and my washer under bench. Need to change taps to under bench top As currently high on wall. I can install the flick mixer to save costs. But need the components put in so I can install that to it. I have a new sink and new bench and will cut bench in order to accomodate new sink.
