Details: • Current taps are wall-mounted above bench height • Easy access wall (no tiles or cabinetry in the way) • Want taps lowered to around 70–80cm • Combine hot/cold into single outlet (or install a dual Y-fitting) • Neaten up pipework — no tiling needed • Must be a licensed plumber Please see photos attached for clarity. The teeth on the latch maybe worn a little and doesn’t always lock into position when footrest is up

Hi. We need a plumber to fix our leaking toilet that keeps running into the pan (I believe it’s the seal inside the cistern). Would also like bathroom taps and spout replaced (will supply) but I believe that will require the sink to be removed. See pics for reference.
