Have a 2007 Honda Civic Sport 2007 that is currently on its 3rd battery in 1 year. Mechanic said no issue with the battery and alternator and the issue might be electrical. Quote to only include cost of coming out and checking if there is an underlying issue

My passenger window of my car is faulty, it is electric, the passenger switch goes down but not up and the driver side panel doesn’t work but all other windows do. Currently the window is all the way down & I’m hoping to get it back up asap even if it’s a temporary fix !
