Electrics on a 6 volt Honda CT 110

My caravan ceiling lights are currently connected to 12v only and need to be connected to 240v. The wiring for 240v is in the ceiling, and currently the plugs in the lower half of the caravan are working off the 240v plug. I can remove more of the roof for you if needed. There are about 6 lights, and I’d like to add another 2. I also have a couple of 12v fans that I’d like connected to the roof, but it’s ok if you can’t provide this service as well.
