My 5 year old has an Evoca E-30 Electric Balance Bike this bike has just stopped working and I cannot figure out why would love this fixed

My e bike works when I pull the throttle and the wheel is up in the air. However when the wheel is on the floor and I pull the throttle it dies and turns off. I think there is a tork issue. Would like some quotes to fix the battery or the throttle, potentially install a new high watt battery if this one doesn’t work and can’t be fixed.

I have a swytch electric bike wheel with battery and controller that I want to put on my Giant-branded old bicycle, It is currently and EZE-bike electric conversion but the battery has died. The old wheel and controllers etc need to be removed and the new wheel and battery and controller needs to be installed. the last 2 photos are the new Switch bike wheel where the controller is integrated in the wheel. So the only things to install are the wheel, the pedal sensor, the display and the finger accelerator. Everything else has to come off the eZee bike system. This system still works fine except that the battery can't hold a charge any more so you're welcome to keep the old wheel and controllers etc.

This is a FORTIS 700C electric commuter bike. After one recent short trip (without any previous malfunctions over e3 years) when switching the bike on it showed this error. E08 I had advice perhaps the battery needs disconnecting and reconnecting. It is located within the bike main frame shaft and needs 8 screws undone to remove the battery. Perhaps some other procedure?
