Find trusted local drivers in Richmond Tweed

Your private chauffeur will get you (and your fellow passengers or items) to your destination safely. Here are some common transportation services and what you can expect when booking:

Airport transfers
Don’t pay for airport parking, baggage claim problems, or deal with airport traffic. Instead, book a private chauffeur for airport transfers so you can get to your destination without a hassle. Your airport driver will need to know passenger numbers and the amount of luggage you’re travelling with. And if you’re travelling with small children, you’ll need to request a service with car seats if you don’t have your own. This way you’ll get a car and driver service that fits everyone and everything in it. For airport transfers, your driver will arrange a place to meet so you can connect in a busy airport environment. And for your airport drop-off, they can pick you up from your home or hotel and navigate through traffic to get you to your flight on time.

Winery tours
A designated driver and vehicle will get you and your fellow wine connoisseurs safely (and legally) from one winery to another. This service is great for couples, small groups, or larger parties. Just let your driver know how many passengers are along for the ride so you book a private chauffeur with the right number of seats in their car or bus. Most personal drivers are happy to work a half or full day. They’ll need to know how many wineries you plan on visiting and an approximate finishing time so they can plan their schedule and give you an accurate quote.

Lifts to home or work
Your private driver can help you get a ride home or a lift to work. A car and driver service can help with short trips to home and work addresses, even at the last minute. Your driver will need to know details like when you need transport, where you transport from, your destination, and (if they need to move your car) where it’s parked. If you do need a driver to take your car, include details on the make and model and whether it’s manual or automatic, that way you get drivers who are best suited to help with your task.

Delivery services
Got a parcel, baggage claim, or pet you need to drop off? Or need a driver and vehicle service to pick up some essential groceries? You can hire personal drivers near you to help with minor delivery services if you don’t have the time (or car) available to do it yourself. Your delivery driver will ask for information about the item you need transported or errand you need them to run, when you need it done, and the location for pickup and delivery. They’ll take care to carefully pack your item in their car so nothing gets broken, and will send through photos to show when and where the item’s been dropped off.

Driving practice
Whether you’re a learner, a new driver, or you’re looking to build your confidence behind the wheel, get the driving practice you need with a private chauffeur. Drive under the supervision of a fully-licenced driver in your own insured vehicle or in theirs. They’ll arrange a time and a pick-up and drop off location that suits you. During your driving practice, they’ll help by providing tips and guidance as an experienced driver to help you improve your driving skills. You can record your supervised driving time in your learner driver logbook, ensuring your supervisor signs off the entry at the end of the practice session.
