Two driveway pillars made from retaining wall blocks needing to be taken down. Have some cement inside. Have tried a sledgehammer but might need more muscle than I've got! Want to keep the blocks if possible

My driveway gate has dropped over time. Metal frame + Colourbond. I had a wheel installed as a temporary 'fix' but would like this removed and the gate lifted so that it doesn't scrape on the ground when opening / closing.
