During rainfall, water runs down the driveway and makes its way underneath the house. This needs to be permanently rectified before re-stumping / re-levelling works can occur. We know the type of work required and are looking for someone to inspect the site and provide a quote to carry out the works. Scope of works likely to include: 
• Driveway drainage to intercept and redirect water away from the house
• Installation of surface and/or sub-surface drainage (e.g. spoon drains, agi drains, stormwater connection)
• Excavation using appropriate machinery (bobcat / mini excavator)
• Re-grading ground levels where required
