I need to add sleeves to a dress

I need a dress maker to create a dress for the 17 year old girl for her upcoming ball. We have about two months’ time, and I’ve attached a few reference photos and a sketch to give you a general idea of the design. We’d love the dress to be made in dark blue satin, floor-length (not longer), with wing-style sleeves that reach all the way down to the hem. We’d also like the back to be open. She is size 6, petite girl. The sketch is a starting point, but there are a few small modifications we’d like to make, which I’d be happy to discuss further.

I am having a corset and skirt made by a dressmaker located overseas. I have received the fit samples and have some changes to the fit and style I’d like made. I’m hoping a local tailor can confirm my measurements, and translate my vision in to “dressmaker speak” so that I can send everything back to the dressmaker more confident in my vision, I don’t need anything made, but I am happy to pay for time and expertise

We would provide all fabric (190gsm, nylon/lycra), lining (125gsm, poly/spandex), mesh (160gsm, nylon/spandex) and accessories as well as a printed version of the pattern. We would need you to have thread and rubber elastic.
