Services Coordination • Services drawings will be diagrammatic and coordination-based only. • Documentation will identify: • Approximate routing • Connection locations • Allowances for future consultant detailing. Assumptions • Existing base building services are adequate to support proposed wellness use • All prefabricated wet area pods will be supplied with required certification and manufacturer installation documentation. • Any latent site conditions discovered during construction are excluded from the consultant’s responsibility.
