Need draftsman to measure and draw a floor plan and produce floor plan with ceiling heights in CAD. It’s a simple 100 sqm retail tenancy and will be based on removing all internal walls / partitions and stripping back to bare shell. Therefore only need to measure external walls and ceiling heights so should be quite quick / easy to do.
