Unfortunately, what started well turned into a very bad experience. I happily paid extra for food and additional days, but she became increasingly rude and aggressive, demanding more money and threatening to return my dog. She told me she had been drinking, then began swearing at me and calling me names. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour. I would not recommend her.
