Seeking Experienced Fence Estimator - Brisbane & Gold Coast Synergy Fencing is looking for a skilled fence estimator to join our growing team. Position Details: Monday to Wednesday (3 days per week initially) Potential to expand to 5 days per week based on workload Brisbane and Gold Coast coverage area What we need: Experienced fence estimator/quoter Knowledge of ALL fencing types: Colorbond, timber, aluminum, retaining walls Ability to conduct on-site measurements and assessments Professional client interaction skills Responsibilities include: Site visits for accurate measurements Preparing detailed quotes for residential and commercial projects Client consultations and project discussions Material calculations and cost estimations Following up on quotes and proposals Requirements: Proven experience in fencing estimation Knowledge of Australian Standards (AS 1926.1 & AS 1926.2) Own reliable transport Professional presentation and communication skills Understanding of local council requirements and permits What we offer: Competitive daily/hourly rates Flexible working arrangement Opportunity for increased hours Work with established, reputable company Professional development opportunities Rate: $35-$45/hourly rate Please include in your response: Years of fencing estimation experience Types of projects you've quoted on Availability for the role References from previous employers Expected rate/salary requirements Let's have a chat!
