I’m in desperate need of someone who loves to de clutter as well as general cleaning / sorting things at my place in Paddington, I live alone but it’s a 2 bedroom townhouse. I need help with 1. Clearing out under the stairs and the balcony upstairs to either a. Get rid of things I don’t need (or sell them online) Or B. Execute a neater and more practical way to use space in my home 2. Vacuum, mop the floors and clean bathroom 3. Change sheets on beds and do washing / laundry 4. Offer advice or tips on better ways to make the space clear and light (physical and energetic) The ideal person is: 1. Creatively inspired but passionate about helping people to let go of the physical crap accumulated that’s not essential 2. Able to be firm and not let me convince you I need to keep things when it’s clear I don’t. 3. Enjoys cleaning the home for others and could potentially come every 2-3 weeks for cleaning and basic chores I’m in no position to take control of alone. 4.You’re available tomorrow and potentially Tuesday (if needed) to get started and then open to a regular time and day moving forward. Not essential but could help if: 1. You have some knowledge and experience in guiding people through the de clutter and sorting 2.if you’re open to an ongoing biweekly or monthly cleaning position this would be ideal 3. Need some help to declutter and organise my storage locker. The storage locker contains about 15 large boxes and some furniture. It will be a process of deciding what to keep/chuck/ sell/ donate. There will be some lifting required to move boxes and large items around. This task will also include helping to measure/ photograph stuff and post it on Fb marketplace. I estimate it will take 6-8 hrs to get everything done. I’m flexible with dates.
