I am looking for someone to help bring life back to this deck. It needs a repair and staining. It is not a large deck and shouldn’t take up much time.

Deck repair – replace rotten noggins only Approx 5.3m x 4.3m deck Some noggins visibly rotted (see photos) , there Joists mostly sound Replace affected noggins and isolate from soil (pavers/packers/moisture barrier) Lift and refit deck boards neatly I have some timber available. If it’s suitable, happy to use it. If H4 treated timber is required instead, I’m happy to reimburse for new materials. Note: More noggins may require replacement once boards are lifted

Require multiple lengths of merbau to be replaced (approx 14), reattach stringer stairs and rebuild box stairs. Onsite visual required for quote using some existing merbau lengths.

Small back wood deck needs to be resealed and some areas possibly repaired. The deck is around 4.3m x 4.95m. As per the photo below you can see one or two of the boards have started to turn up. Deck needs sanding and stain or oil. Some panels require replacing , I have new panels available to replace. No new boards required. Stain or oil to refresh. Size: 5.54m across 10.55m long (from back-door to garden patch)

A few rotten timber panels need replacing

A timber deck that was originally built poorly needs refurbishing, the top timber and steps need replacing with treated timber and coated. Dimensions are as follows: - Main deck 2300 x 1550 x 20 mm - Top step 970 x 135 x 40 mm - Bottom two steps 970 x 290 x 40 mm The base looks to be in decent condition, only the deck surface and steps need replacing for now, then coated for protection. Weekend’s preferred, this needs doing asap. Quotes to please include all stores and removal of old deck pieces.

Multiple deck areas require rotten joist replacing and some foundations repairing. Main entertaining area has bowed and needs tree roots digging out and new decking put down. Sand/re-oil after repairs complete.

Remove old tree stump and replace decking to cover hole. Stump is very old and quite rotten, suspect it will be easy to remove. Happy to work together to supply decking materials, but will need your guidance. Located Rosanna 3084.

Looking for an experienced carpenter/deck builder to repair and rebuild part of our deck (3300 mm x 9000 mm). Scope: Re-cement several footings. Replace joists where required and ensure frame is level and secure. Lay new decking boards. A lot of materials on hand (timber, fixings) Access is straightforward (ground-level deck, backyard). Please provide quotes including labour, estimated timeframe, and availability.

Seeking a certified builder to do some work on my deck: 1. Replace rotten boards underneath (I believe 3-4 will need replacing); 2. Remove this part that is in front of the fence - I think the previous owners had put it there to stop their dog from digging underneath the fence; 3. Build a bottom step. I have some spare timber which I believe is the same material that the other steps are made from; 4. Tidy up and remove rubbish/leftover materials.
