I’m looking for a reliable chef to prepare weekly meals focused on high protein, whole foods, and great taste. We were enrolled in a cordon Bleu cuisine course which was cancelled. We are seeking to learn fundamental cooking skills - cooking methods, sauces/accompaniments and bases, and perhaps a few essential meals eg quiche, basic pastries. If you don’t have experience in French cooking it’s no issue - enquire within if you are able to offer some technical lessons (regardless of cuisine / culture)
