We’re launching a new Australian cosmetic brand soon and are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager & Content Creator to join us on a long-term basis. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who can manage social media end-to-end and is comfortable creating content in-house. Applicants must be Sydney-based and able to attend our location to film short-form content including Reels, TikTok and Shorts. The role includes filming, editing, content planning, posting schedules, and managing Instagram, TikTok and Facebook accounts, as well as supporting brand awareness from launch onwards. We’re looking for someone with proven experience in the beauty, skincare, hair or cosmetic industry, a strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms, and confidence filming content and appearing on camera if required. The ideal candidate is organised, reliable, proactive, and seeking a long-term monthly role rather than a one-off task. This is a long-term monthly engagement with a modest budget initially, with room to grow as the brand grows.
