Provided price is just to come out and tell us what the issue is. I have ducted air conditioning upstairs. The thermostat has power, but when I set it to cooling, no air comes through the vents. My shower tap is leaking and I think it is because of a worn out washer (the taps haven't been changed in a long time). They are currently cross handle taps. I have attempted to remove on my own however, there is cement that is obstructing the removal of the tapware. I wish to change the tapware to quarter turn taps and understand that a spindle extension may be required. Happy to buy my own tapware as well.
