I need to do touch ups for my client as he has damages on the wall and floor after removalists work as per the pictures attached.

We have a washing machine in our garage that needs to be brought up two flights of stairs with a trolley. We also need help to put the washing machine in place and to connect it, as well as lifting the dryer onto a stand on top of the washing machine. The dryer is already in the apartment - just needs two people to lift it into place.

Connection for backyard light (halogen) needs to be fixed. After heavy rains, switching it ON trips the circuit, but works fine in dry weather.

Need to install 2 x electric locks (front door and garage door)

Looking for qualified tradie to remove old bathroom cabinet/vanity (size approx 920mm across) and install a new one and also install a mixer tap for the new vanity. The new vanity has been ordered & currently waiting delivery (CIBO 750mm White Nordic Full Height Bathroom Vanity With White Gloss Fluted Basin) In the photos you can see this cabinet has a plug at the top for the light, looks like it can just be removed by unplugging (no electrician required). Have five tree stumps in the back yard that we would like cut down to the ground as low as possible (chain saw). Smallest stump roughly 20cm’s in length, largest roughly 60cm’s. I need gaps covered between hedges, walls and gates to prevent animals getting in and out of my courtyard. They're only small gaps but big enough for pets to get through, including the neighbour's dog. I have 8 m of mesh for the job but no fasteners. I need two 70s wooden standard lamps to be rewired. Both have bayonet sockets for bulbs that look in good shape. Both have had cords cut at the base. I don’t have the replacement cord or wall socket. I’m in Wanniassa but I can drop these off Southside, especially Fyshwick.
