Floor board few gaps need fixing

I need to do touch ups for my client as he has damages on the wall and floor after removalists work as per the pictures attached.

We have a washing machine in our garage that needs to be brought up two flights of stairs with a trolley. We also need help to put the washing machine in place and to connect it, as well as lifting the dryer onto a stand on top of the washing machine. The dryer is already in the apartment - just needs two people to lift it into place.

Connection for backyard light (halogen) needs to be fixed. After heavy rains, switching it ON trips the circuit, but works fine in dry weather.

Need to install 2 x electric locks (front door and garage door)

Removalist left a few chips in wooden door/frames of the house.

Looking for qualified tradie to remove old bathroom cabinet/vanity (size approx 920mm across) and install a new one and also install a mixer tap for the new vanity. I have two taps that are leaking in my bathroom

I need two 70s wooden standard lamps to be rewired. Both have bayonet sockets for bulbs that look in good shape. Both have had cords cut at the base. I don’t have the replacement cord or wall socket. I’m in Wanniassa but I can drop these off Southside, especially Fyshwick.
