Remove old mailbox and pour concrete in it's place. Needs to be 45-50cm square by 7cm deep. Ground is on a slight slope, so the concrete needs to be levelled flat. Concrete will be supplied and mailbox installed next day by owner. Note the original ground has a very small tree stump growth that will needs to be cut.

The total concrete area will be divided into 2 parts and 2 phases, the first phase is the concrete slab for my sunroom+pergola, which will be around 46m2. Second phase will be my two side yards and extended along with the concrete slab, plus a bit of front yard area, total area will be around 64m2. Please note the concrete slab will need to be completed first, then wait for the sunroom+pergola fully constructed then concrete the rest area. Also the side yard access is 900mm, the only way for the machine to go in would be removing the fence and then put it back.
