Hi, I'm looking for skilled and reliable trades to help me with a backyard project . I work in construction myself and will be working alongside you. All materials and most tools are already on-site. I need help with: ✅ Pouring and finishing a concrete slab extension (truck delivery booked for Saturday 11am) ✅ Installing a sink and drainage pipe ✅ Connecting cold & hot water (points are ready) ✅ Connecting gas (point is ready) ✅ Assembling a bench and small outdoor kitchen ✅ Tiling the new area ✅ Preparing for a pergola installation (I'll install it later) I’ve already done some prep work: laid a small existing floor, framed the area with timber, etc. I'm looking for experienced people in concreting, plumbing, and tiling – ideally someone open to working as a team with me. ❓Also, can anyone advise if I need council permission for putting a concrete slab and pergola in the backyard? Concrete Floor Preparation: I have an existing tile floor, and I want to extend it by creating a larger concrete surface 3mt x 3mt The area currently has grass and needs to be cleared, including removing a few drains and leveling the ground. I will need help ensuring that the concrete is poured evenly and is level with the existing tile floor, so the transition looks seamless. Once the concrete is set, I will tile over it to match the rest of the backyard floor. 2. Pergola Installation: After the concrete work, I’d like to install a pergola (just two posts and a roof). The posts will be secured against a brick wall, and I may need help figuring out the best way to attach the posts, as well as installing a gutter and downpipe to manage water runoff.
