My 45 yo brick house sits in Keperra QLD, an area with slightly reactive soil. Subsidence is happening slightly so I would require some foundation underpinning as suggested by the structural engineer, though he noted there's no immediate/short term. I would only consider steel bar/concrete underpinning. Would not consider resin or other cheap band-aid solutions. I put in $5 so we can exchange contacts and discuss.
