Find a professional cleaner in Woody Point

Everything except blinds. 5 bed, 2.5 bath, office, lounge, rumpus and garage

Looking for experienced cleaner(s) to complete an internal bond clean of a well-maintained 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in Woody Point. The clean can be completed on any one day this coming Saturday, Sunday or Monday- possibly Tuesday next week. This forms part of a full property reset being managed by IRB Property Services. We are only looking for the internal bond clean under this task. The home has been routinely cleaned and is in good condition. Photos were taken before the tenants had fully moved out, so there will be fewer belongings in the property by the time of the clean. Scope includes a standard detailed bond clean: * Kitchen, cabinetry, benchtops, splashbacks and appliances * Bathrooms and toilets * Bedrooms and living areas * Internal windows, sills and tracks where accessible * Doors, frames, skirting boards and switches * Dusting, wiping and spot cleaning * Vacuuming and mopping * Final presentation ready for handover Upstairs is carpeted, however carpet cleaning is not required as another contractor will handle this separately. There may also be IRB team members and other contractors onsite completing exterior works, removals and other reset tasks. This is a bond-level clean, but no bond guarantee or re-attendance is required. IRB will manage the final inspection and any minor follow-up with the agency. Looking for cleaner(s) who have bond/end-of-lease cleaning experience, their own equipment and products, an ABN, and can invoice IRB. IRB is also looking to build a reliable contractor network across Brisbane Northside and Moreton Bay, with potential ongoing bond cleans, general cleans and other property service work. Please include your experience, which of Sat/Sun/Mon you are available, whether you work alone or as a team, and your price for the job.
