Find a professional cleaner in West Leederville

Hi there I have an apartment one bedroom which is actually an art studio. Itrequires a bit of tidying up and cleaning. This is not end of lease cleaning. It is general cleaning. I would like someone sensible enough to know where to put things like kitchen utensils, paints, brushes etc and just tidy up the apartment which is usually in decent condition. Ideally this may suit an art student. Tasks include kitchen and vacuuming. Sometimes I would get bathroom but this is optional, mostly it is studio, kitchen, and dusting, vacuum/cleaning the floor and putting things away in their places. I will pay $40 an hour.
