Was 2hr late. Was given a list for what needed to be done but only half the list was done. Carpet and floors looked fantastic tho. She went back the next day to finish the job after I messaged that things had not been done properly. She then asked to release funds but I said after agent had been through as this was a end of lease clean her response was not positive. Funds were released after agent inspection.
