Require someone to clean and make beds for holiday guests at Scotland Island tomorrow. 3 bedroom 2 bathroom. Our cleaner had an emergency situation so requiring someone to fill this in tomorrow any time as long as it is done before midday. Probably about 3-4hours work for one person.

We need this property thoroughly deep cleaned. There is an option of ongoing cleans here too as well as ongoing cleans in the area. This one will require someone to give it a 4-5 hour clean as well as making up the beds. It is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom property. We are happy to pay for the 3-minute water taxi ride from Church Point also. - Due date: Before Friday, 28 October 2022

AirBnB cleans after guests leave - 4 bedroom'd house - it would involve all the usual things such as cleaning the whole house from top to bottom, including bathrooms and then wiping out the fridge/oven etc. Also beds would need to be stripped and remade. Happy for the laundry to be sent out to actually be washed - we have two lots of everything. The property is on Scotland Island - you could get a water taxi from Church Point to our house/jetty or there is also a ferry. (It's less than 10 mins to our house from Church Point) We have a vacuum cleaner/mop etc at home so you wouldn't need to drag stuff over here. Not sure about when we will get bookings but most likely over the December/January period. I have been charging people $350 for cleaning so that's what I will put in the budget but obviously this doesn't take into account the laundry cost or the cost of transport to get there. - Due date: Flexible
