I’m a full-time working mum to a newborn and am seeking a housekeeper and family assistant to support us with a fortnightly clean and other household tasks. The cleaning focus is a deep clean of the kitchen, master bathroom and floors, and a general clean of the living room, powder room and master bedroom. The office and guest bedroom aren’t frequently used and could get away with a dust and vac monthly. The house will be maintained between cleans :) The additional household tasks we’d love assistance with may include a load of washing or folding, ironing, organisational tasks around the house and possibly meal prep (if something you’re willing to do). All of these would be on the basis of time permitting and of course if the work exceeds your allocated time, additional fees would be paid. My budget is set on the basis of 3-4 hours of support per visit, let me know what your offer includes. We are a couple living in the house so the spare bedroom and bathroom is very lightly used (though we may have guests occassionally requiring those sheets being changed). The nursery is not used at all at the moment (will be used in 6 months or so). I have some cleaning supplies and am happy for them to be used. But also happy for your own tools/materials to be used, whatever you prefer. We can be flexible on days and times and will leave a key and code for access if we're not home.
