Really disappointed with them. Tried to change the time of booking the day before, & lied about having a team of cleaners, only one person came. The guy who cleaned was great but did take half a day to clean the kitchen, meaning my wife and I had to help clean. I asked Alasdair to call me and he didn’t. He then replied on the messager and said he was sending people, he never did. Very poor service, time management and communication.
