I’m after a regular fortnightly cleaner on an ongoing basis. I have a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom duplex, one main combined kitchen / dining / living area with floorboards to main areas and carpet in the bedrooms. Looking for someone to do floors, surfaces, skirting and bathrooms mainly but also someone who will use initiative and clean additional areas when it noticeably needs it. I’d be looking at approx 3 hours per fortnight and around $50 per hour. I’m after someone ongoing and long term - please only respond if you can commit to this. It’s a brand new house, lived in for 6 months so will be easier to maintain cleanliness. We're also quite clean and try to be minimalist. I am particular about attention to detail, but also not unrealistic about what can be achieved in a certain timeframe. I’d like my own chemicals to be use but I’d like a cleaner to bring their own vacuum providing it has a Hepa filter. My chemicals are non toxic but all work very well.
