Hi there, We’re looking for someone to help with a full clean of our fully furnished 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhouse. The house is in very good condition, but with a toddler and a newborn at home, we’re just after a bit of extra help to keep things looking clean and fresh. This initial clean is expected to take around 4 hours, so please base your quote on that timeframe. Scope of work: We don’t need cleaning inside wardrobes, cupboards or the outdoor pergola — but everything else is included: • Countertops and shelves • Shutters and flooring • Dusting throughout • Balcony • General surfaces (carpet only on stairs) The home will remain fully furnished during the clean. We’re flexible with timing — any weekday in the next couple of weeks works for us.
