Carlos was the first to respond to my listing (within the first minute) I like how he underpromised and over delivered (said he would be here in 3 hours and arrived in 2.5. Said the job would take 2-3 hours and he completed it in just under 2. He communicated very clear and him an his partner did a very thorough job cleaning our apartment. They were also trustworthy enough to be left to clean the apartment by themselves as I had work.
