Looking for experienced cleaners to complete 2 final builder touch-up cleans tomorrow. Must be able to start at 7am. The first property is in Anketell and the second property is in Baldivis. Both are single-storey homes. 2 cleaners preferred. An initial builder clean has already been completed, so this is not a full builder’s clean. No tape removal or heavy detailing should be required. Trades have been back through since the first clean, so the main focus is dust removal and getting the homes presentable again. Main tasks include: - Vacuuming throughout - Mopping floors - Wiping dusty surfaces - Quick wipe-over of bathrooms - Quick wipe-over of kitchen areas - Cleaning any internal windows/glass that visibly need attention - Taking before and after photos Cleaners must supply their own equipment and products. No ladder work required. A master key will be left at the first property in Anketell, which opens both properties. Budget is $400 for both properties.
