Find a local child care expert to look after your child in Fortitude Valley

We’re a busy family looking for a savvy, experienced and high-energy all-rounder to give us an extra pair of capable hands around the home and with our three young children (5, 3 and 1). This is a bit of a nanny / home-help hybrid role. We’re looking for someone who sees what needs doing, gets stuck in and is comfortable moving between household jobs and spending quality time with the kids. Tasks could include: * Laundry, folding and ironing * General household help and keeping things moving * Creative play and activities with the kids * Helping during peak/busy times when the kids need some extra attention and social connection * Taking our energetic 5-year-old OR 3-year-old for walks, playground trips and little adventures around the city * Generally being another confident, positive and capable adult in the household We’d love someone who is proactive, reliable, confident and genuinely enjoys being around children. You’ll suit us particularly well if you’re a high performer who can work independently rather than needing every task spelled out. Bonus: If you speak another language, or Have extensive Swimming experience, we’d absolutely love to hear from you. We’re very open to our children being exposed to different languages and cultures. We’re based in Fortitude Valley, so being comfortable walking and getting around the inner city with a young child is important.
