Need a fully certified electrician to put up a chandelier in a 5.5 meter stairwell. The chandelier has 1 attachment with 15 pendants coming from it. Theres already a light there which just needs to be replaced so there is no need to run anything.

Uninstall a chandelier from current apartment unit and install it in the unit directly below which is exactly the same layout etc as the current apartment. One floor down via lift. 1 minute walking distance if that. Replace the gap with a down light which was originally there. Change the wall light switch to a dimming light switch for the chandelier.

Replace chandelier in dining room

-My samsung fridge freezer door handle is broken and would like it fixed. -Ice doesn't come out of the fridge ice machine and just makes a weird sound. I would like to find out what's wrong with it and if possible fix it too. The fridge flashes 2 E and 40 E but in the past it just needed to be reset due to a previous power outage. -Need a long ladder to reach the chandelier and replace the light bulb.
