Hi there, I’m looking for a mechanic to install a reconditioned alternator on my Toyota Camry V6 (2004 model). I already have the alternator, so I just need labour. I will also need the battery to be bench-charged as I’ve had to jump start it recently. The battery is one year old. How this happened: A warranty inspector mentioned to me that my alternator is failing to charge my battery (12.8v under load, with lights, air conditioner, etc). For this reason, he could not provide me a free battery even though it’s under 3-year warranty and suggested that I get a new alternator and bench charge the current battery. Thanks, Ned
