2009 Holden with sunroof need roof lining done

2006 Subaru Forester STI. The headlights are not bad but could use a polish and a nice clear coat/sealant. Please note, the headlights have eyelids. Will not be removing these. Photos attached. I am in an apartment building with a garage downstairs or can come to you.
