I have 1 dent I would like removed from the drivers door of my black, 2019 VW Golf Alltrack. The dent is located on the horizontal line that runs the whole length of the door and car (please refer to photo). I do not need any help with paint touchups, just the dent to be removed. Thank you.

There is scratches and a gouge near the rear left door of my Lexus is250 2007. There was a hole in the metal / surface rust appearing so I filled it with silicon to prevent water ingress. Looking to get it repaired. Happy for it to be a dodgy job with bog, sanding and paint
